Amy Geyer, Founder, LPC

LPC 37PC00569900

Amy is a dedicated therapist specializing in guiding individuals through transformative growth using a holistic wellness approach. With a deep understanding of the complexities of personal and existential challenges, Amy emphasizes the journey of moving through adversity to reach a place of healing and growth. Believing in the power of active participation, Amy encourages clients to take an active role in their healing process, integrating therapeutic activities that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Insightful Release Counseling has been shaped by Amy’s care and compassion for the whole being. She has been in the field of psychotherapy for over a decade and realized throughout the process there is a disheartening lack of continuity between mind, body and spirit. Amy believes trauma and attachment act as much of the basis of the dis-ease one experiences and works from the depths of the human need for connection in her sessions with clients.

Amy also believes in the transformative power of energy work, incorporating techniques that balance and restore the body’s natural energy flow. Ideal clients are those who are open and willing to engage with their discomfort, trusting the process, and finding value in play and movement as essential aspects of their healing journey. Through compassionate support, evidence-based practices, and energy work, Amy helps clients navigate their path to recovery and rediscover their strength and resilience.
